一、研究背景

HECTD3 是属于 HECT 家族的一个 E3 泛素连接酶、前期研究证实 HECTD3 在乳腺癌、前列腺癌高表达，增加了肿瘤细胞的存活，促进肿瘤细胞对化疗药物的抗性。

三、研究结果

阐明 Hectd3 基因缺失的巨噬细胞在弗朗西斯感染条件下显著降低了 I 型干扰素信号途径诱导的基因表达，Hectd3 基因缺陷型小鼠表现出明显的抗感染能力，从而抑制弗朗西斯菌在体内的传播和扩散。这些研究结果提示 HECTD3 可能成为一个抗感染的新靶标。 placeholder+image
